Overview

 

A key aspect of self-awareness is appreciating and considering how other people perceive us. The Knowledge Group’s (TKG) 360-degree feedback takes the individual’s perspective on themselves, and then compares it with that of their manager, their direct reports, colleagues and other stakeholders. These perspectives can be based on a particular organisation’s competencies, or on internationally benchmarked competencies. Through either method, 360-degree feedback can be regarded as one of the most impactful for gaining greater self-awareness.
