Handling Conflict


The Handling Conflict course from BlessingWhite focuses on increasing the ability of staff at all levels to understand the impact of conflict on people and organisations. It focuses on how successful teams and managers utilise differences and conflict in a way that actually increases the overall strength of the team. Participants will learn new skills and perspectives to effectively manage conflict in the workplace, and will also examine the role of personal power in influencing the level and outcome of such a situation.
