The Negotiating for Results course focuses on the art of negotiation, and on how mastering it can develop a higher level of satisfaction with outcomes at home and at work. This interactive course focuses on techniques to promote effective communication, and gives participants an insight into how to turn face-to-face confrontation into side-by-side problem solving.
